Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author and philanthropist. He is the chef/owner Johnny Sánchez, located in New Orleans and co-star of FOX’s MasterChef and MasterChef Junior. He is a partner/creative director of Cocina, the first online content platform dedicated to celebrating Latin lifestyle through its vibrant culinary culture. One of the world’s most distinguished Latin chefs, Aarón is passionate about preserving his family’s legacy through food and encouraging diversity in the kitchen.



Each September for the past nine years, premier arts festival, Fringe Festival, has joined forces with Philadelphia’s world-class restaurants to present Audi FEASTIVAL, a benefit for FringeArts. On Thursday, September 27, 2018, 60 of the city’s top chefs will be pAaired to serve one night only dishes inspired Philadelphia’s five iconic neighborhoods. Cutting-edge performances from FringeArts will complement the evening’s menu as it has done for nearly a decade. Audi FEASTIVAL will continue to artfully blur the lines between food, entertainment and art.


Blue Oak BBQ is brought to you by New Orleans-natives Ronnie Evans and Philip Moseley, who set out to become New Orleans' foremost purveyors of fine smoked meats and savory sauces. The duo formed Blue Oak in 2012 when Evans and Moseley decided to start smoking meats in a small pop-up inside of the Uptown New Orleans dive bar, Grits. Four years and thousands of pounds of meats later, the duo graduated to their own brick-and-mortar location in 2016 at 900 N. Carrollton Ave in Mid-City. Since opening, the duo has made a name for themselves serving up some of the city’s finest smoked meats, sides, and sandwiches.


Cure opened in 2009, quickly gaining national recognition as a pioneer of the New Orleans’ craft cocktail movement. The acclaimed bar was named one of “America’s Best Bars” by Esquire, listed as one of the “Best Cocktail Bars in the U.S.” by Food & Wine, and hailed among New Orleans’ best cocktail bars by Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler, USA Today, Thrillist and Coveteur. In 2018, Cure received the coveted award for “Outstanding Bar Program,” by the James Beard Foundation.



Goodnow Farms Chocolate launched in 2016 and has quickly become one of the leading craft chocolate brands. Co-founders and chocolate makers Monica and Tom Rogan travel throughout Latin America to find the very best fine flavor cacao beans and trade directly with the farmers who grow them. They handcraft their single origin chocolate in a custom-built kitchen located behind their 225-year-old farmhouse in Sudbury, MA, where they create detailed roast profiles for each bean type. They stone grind their chocolate in order to fully realize the unique flavors hidden in each bean and take the extra step of fresh pressing their own single origin cocoa butter. The result is intensely flavorful and exceptionally smooth award-winning chocolate.

The Company Burger is brought to you by acclaimed chef Adam Biderman. Biderman opened his first location in 2011 on New Orleans’ revamped Freret Street with the intent of introducing the city to a true American hamburger restaurant that married his passion for high-quality ingredients. The beloved burger joint is best known for its namesake, The Company Burger. Comprised of two Creekstone beef patties ground in house, American cheese, thinly sliced onions, house-made bread-and butter pickles all on a freshly baked bun, The Company Burger elevates the humble American classic and draws in the masses of New Orleans. Danielle Chang is a cultural entrepreneur who has invested the past quarter of a century in building brands across creative industries including art, media, fashion, and food. She is the Founder and CEO of LUCKYRICE, a lifestyle brand that shines a spotlight on Asian culture through food and drinks, as well as the Creator and Host of “Lucky Chow,” an award-winning national PBS show currently in production for Season 3 (launching February 2019). Based in Manhattan’s Chinatown, LUCKYRICE’s signature Festival series has expanded to eight key US markets and evolved into the definitive voice for Asian culture today. Danielle’s first book, Lucky Rice: Stories and Recipes from Night Markets, Feasts and Family Tables (Clarkson Potter) was published in 2016.


Hungry Pigeon is the dream project of Chefs Scott Schroeder and Pat O’Malley. The duo takes pride in cooking and serving the things they most enjoy eating and drinking: comfort foods made exclusively from local and responsibly sourced ingredients.
