Each September for the past nine years, premier arts festival, Fringe Festival, has joined forces with Philadelphia’s world-class restaurants to present Audi FEASTIVAL, a benefit for FringeArts. On Thursday, September 27, 2018, 60 of the city’s top chefs will be pAaired to serve one night only dishes inspired Philadelphia’s five iconic neighborhoods. Cutting-edge performances from FringeArts will complement the evening’s menu as it has done for nearly a decade. Audi FEASTIVAL will continue to artfully blur the lines between food, entertainment and art.
BLUE OAK BBQ
Blue Oak BBQ is brought to you by New Orleans-natives Ronnie Evans and Philip Moseley, who set out to become New Orleans' foremost purveyors of fine smoked meats and savory sauces. The duo formed Blue Oak in 2012 when Evans and Moseley decided to start smoking meats in a small pop-up inside of the Uptown New Orleans dive bar, Grits. Four years and thousands of pounds of meats later, the duo graduated to their own brick-and-mortar location in 2016 at 900 N. Carrollton Ave in Mid-City. Since opening, the duo has made a name for themselves serving up some of the city’s finest smoked meats, sides, and sandwiches.

Goodnow Farms Chocolate launched in 2016 and has quickly become one of the leading craft chocolate brands. Co-founders and chocolate makers Monica and Tom Rogan travel throughout Latin America to find the very best fine flavor cacao beans and trade directly with the farmers who grow them. They handcraft their single origin chocolate in a custom-built kitchen located behind their 225-year-old farmhouse in Sudbury, MA, where they create detailed roast profiles for each bean type.
